My bios must start with cancel memory test then, F1 then choose windows. OR Now NTLDR + Missing

Go into your BIOS and choose 'Startup Defaults, accept those and reboot.
It is hard to fix anything when you don't give any information about make, model, OS, etc.
You could be talking about a 286 or a Quad Xeon server... we aren't psychic.

NTLDR is missing in my computer

firstly check your bios settings
the pc may be trying to boot from another source rather than the hard disk. (cd rom maybee)

if thats not the case

you can set the pc to boot from the windows cd and go thro the recovery consol
  1. When prompted to press any key to boot from the CD, press any key.
  2. Once in the Windows XP setup menu press the "R" key to repair Windows.
  3. Log into your Windows installation by pressing the "1" key and pressing enter.
  4. You will then be prompted for your administrator password, enter that password.
  5. Copy the below two files to the root directory of the primary hard disk. In the below example we are copying these files from the CD-ROM drive letter "E". This letter may be different on your computer.

    copy e:\i386\ntldr c:\
    copy e:\i386\ntdetect.com c:\

  6. Once both of these files have been successfully copied, remove the CD from the computer and reboot.

the easyest fix for you is to re-install windows
this file is the nt leader file

hope this helps
