Question about Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Comfort Edition
I recently installed a hp printer to my desktop. I followed all the instructions and restarted it and it gave me a prompt that said "Keyboard failure." The computer finally started up and the mouse works but the keyboard does not. I have no idea where the software for this keyboard is and now I have no clue what to do. Thanks for any help.
Check the port for keyboard and mouse you may have knocked the cable slightly then check battries in keyboard if needs replacing you have to press the connect buttons on keyboard and receiver. look it up on webpages type in your model of keyboard and mouse then click searh and browse for drivers download in description. hope this works
