HDP820-LC printer is not printing.

my fargo hdp820-lc does not print,the card stop at the card flipping mechanism.but on selfteste it print.my pc and printer cable are ok.i.e to say that my pc is printing with another hdp820-lc printer.
Suggest a new solution for this problem
