This keyboard is really out of date and belkin has stopped publishing the drivers on their website.
Driverguide.com have the original Win95, Win98 drivers though, but it will not work in Windows XP...
Instead you can use third party software like the free keytweak

Go to Control Panel.
1. Click on Keyboard.
2. When the Keyboard Properties come up, CLICK on Key Settings.
3. Then set up the keys by selecting the Key to be changed.

if you go into ctrl panel to system..hardware..device manager..select your keyboard from the list and you should be able to roll back the driver
