I have the same problem. I noticed that the oven gets to the selected temp ok. Then when the pilot attempts to RELIGHT, it gets the error F3. Did you get a solution? After other posts, I will see if the temp sensor is around 1100 ohm as suggested by others. Ken

SOURCE: f3 error showing
F3 means the Dishwasher thinks it's water temperature in the tub is over 80oC. So when the unit stops see how hot the water is. The unit has a temp sensor which is part of the element which maybe faulty, the element maybe faulty or the Motor controller module is faulty. I'd try the Motor Controller module first as replacing the element can be a tricky job if you haven't done one before. If you have a double dishdrawer you can swap over the Motor Controller modules (main computers in the front of each drawer) as the top and bottom are the same part, inturn you will prove 100% if this is the fault or not without buying a new controller. Tips for a great answer:
Control displaying F3 E0:
There may be a problem with the Oven Temperature Sensor, or the associated wiring.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).

Verify oven operation.
