Hi, I don't have a circuit diagram, however it is pretty easy to tell what power wire is what, simply use a Multimeter set to OHMS and put one lead to the chassis earth minus, and the other to either of the two leads, the one that you get a short circuit on, is now the Negative, logically then the "Other" must be POSITIVE., usually a 9 -12 Volt DC supply at about 1 Amp will power most cameras, also most cameras have power conditioning circuits internally to regulate the voltage further.
A coaxial lead, or Video out is usually a shielded lead, and in this case again the earth, outside shielding minus, is the earth and again the other wire must be the "Signal" most often once one sorts out the power the rest are obvious.
