Question about Motorola MC9500-K Handheld Mobile Computer - P/N MC9596-KDABAC00000 Portable Terminal
We have a number of MC9590 which freeze after suspension, When the unit freezes (so to speak), The Users just see a blank screen with a red light on the top of display (right side) but the actual device itself is connected ( they can ping and are able to get into the device through MSP Keyboard and Touch does not work on the device during this time, If they pop the battery out or press 1 + 9 & Power the unit reboots and everything is back to Normal .

Is it the right cradle to connect. Sometimes the cradles look alike but actually are different. You can check the back and the bottom and see whether all the ports are the same between those cradles. Replace the battery and see if you suspect that is a battery issue. Some of those batteries are not really endurable.
