Grinder is not working (engine not running) - Bosch Benvenuto B30 Espresso/Coffee Maker

My case is that after pressing "Cafe" the grinder is not starting at all, an engin is not starting. Just water pump works for few seconds and I get communicate "add beans" until the powder had chance to be made by grinder and be delivered into the duct. Normally as I remember grinder is starting grinding even with no beans then after few seconds turning says "add beans", not before probe of grinding. I have cleaned all the grinder but didn't make "procedure" with rice (just no rice in hands on the moment). But my case seems be other problem... I am electronic engineer so had no problem to drive the engine of the grinder "manualy". All the electronic components and engine are ok, but driver doesn't get the signal from controller board to power an engine, like prevented by some sendor or something. But I have checked all the visible sensors and everything looks ok. No idea. Any help?

Empty the grinder and see if it will run with no coffee bean in it. Some times debris will get caught in the grinder because it got mixed with the beans from the factory. If it runs your good to go. If not then the mother connection are not solid and it will run off and on at will.

If the grinder does not run when turned on, make sure power is on to the outlet, then check the electrical cord.
If the grinder runs intermittently or doesn't stop, the switch may be clogged or damaged. Unplug the grinder and brush any grounds from the switch with a fine brush. Depress the switch several times with a toothpick. If the problem persists, disassemble the grinder to clean it and inspect the switch for breaks that you can fix.
If the grinder does not run, the motor shaft may be frozen. Disassemble the grinder, clean the shaft and lubricate each bearing point with one or two drops of lightweight machine oil. Rotate the shaft to evenly distribute the oil.
coffeegrinder1_1.jpgMost coffee grinders are accessed by removing fasteners on the base of the device. If the grinder still does not operate, the thermal limiter may be burned out. If you can't readily find a replacement thermal limiter, it may be more cost effective to replace the grinder.
If the grinder vibrates, the blade may be bent. Inspect the blade and replace if it is damaged or dull. Another cause of vibration could be a worn motor bearing. Unplug the grinder and remove the access plate. The bearing is bad if the motor shaft moves when pushed back and forth; replace the grinder.

Metabo we 14-150 runs then red light comes on and cuts out

this means the grinder is being over worked and is in the overheat protection mode. when this happens let the grinder continue to run at no load. just hold it and in about 20-30sec you will see the red light turn off and the grinder will go back up to speed. and you can get back to it.

Grinder is not working

http://www.delonghi.com If your machine is still under warrenty they will tell you by numbers on the bottom. If you have receipt, even better. They will send you a new machine for shipping costs only. If machine is out of warrenty they will tell you where to get repaired. Very easy to deal with.
