What sizes do grill pans come in?

Grill pans are available in 2 basic sizes. The first is an oblong shape that is designed to fit over 2 burners. These pans are great for entertaining as they can handle a large amount of food, and they often have a flat surface on the reverse side for making pancakes, grilled cheeses and the like. The other size is a smaller pan, with a single handle and a diameter of around 12 inches (30 cm). These are ideal for single-person cooking, and they don't take up much space.

I have a tefal fry pan with ribs on the bottom for grilling. It is very dirty with caked on oil/fat. is there any way to clean it and restore it?

Barbecue cleaner!
It works a treat. Just pour or spray some on and use a fingernail brush to aggitate it. It comes of easily.
Hope that helps.

Replacement parts

Upon reading some of the other solutions they gave a phone number to call for replacement part 800-233-9054. We too need a new plate for ours has burned and broken in spots. Hope we both have luck getting a new part. We love our grill. We live in a condo that won't let us have a regular size gas grill, so this fits the bill.
