ox tail normally thawed before cooking

oven baking dish or pot or slow cooker is another option with lots of water and vegies etc

into a frying pan browned all over to seal in flavor and juices

Use tongs to remove oxtails to a plate, setting aside.
2 Saut? onions, carrots, celery: Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery to the pan.
Cook for a few minutes until onions are translucent. 3 Add oxtails, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, salt, stock, wine, then simmer: Add the oxtails back to the pan.

How to cook pastries, yema

The best way to cook yema
You may decide first on what flavour's you want. It
It maybe chocolate flavor, peanuts, pineapple
and other fruits that you have. The sense was,
how will I preserve it and make it innovative.
here's one example:
we need:
1 can condensed milk

2 tablespoons of pounded peanuts
so exiting! we just need that 2 main ingredients

In cooking our special sweet and yummy yema,
you have to make sure that within 1 hour you
where able to finished it out in fire. Because, if
the condensed milk and peanuts where over due
on fire in pan. It will just get stuck and for sure
you will just get disappointed. Then it was a
waste of time and money.

To cook yema:
1) pour the condensed milk in the
pan and the pounded peanuts
2) turn on the fire
in the medium heat ( take note we can use the
part where there are brown burned part at the
bottom of the pan for flavouring)
3) stirr it until it boils for 30 mins. and other 10
mins for better mixture of yema.
4) and finally the pastry "yema" now can be let
cool and be ready to serve. ( take note: do not
use flour so that you can make a best quality
yema.)

EVER SINCE i HAD THIS SKILLETT, ALL FOOD TYPES STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN, HELP!

it is probably not a non-stick surface
having said that the cooking oil you use has a lot to do with sticking to the pan
If the instructions are correct you do not use spray oil, cooking oil or anything on a non-stick surface as It ultimately removes the non-stick quality of the teflon surface
If you must use some additive then rice oil is the best as it is supposed not to affect the surface of the pan and is better for you than cholesterol containing oils

Does a braiser look like a dutch oven?

Braising has no liquid or at maximum, just a little, so the sides of the braiser are much more shallow than a dutch oven's. this way the meat doesn't cook like a stew in water, but rather from the steam.

What is braising?

This is first braising the meat, cooking the food at a high temperature to brown it. Some liquid is then added and it is left to simmer. Braising allows us to eat tough meat we were previously unable to eat.
