Check to see if the drain at the bottom of your freezer is plugged. When the refrigerator goes on defrost, the water has to go somewhere. Look below the coils in the freezer section and see if there is ice in the drain.

SOURCE: GE WMR04BAPBBB parts

These are not common parts, so would need to be special ordered. Any GE servicing dealer could get them for you, or you may be able to call GE answer center to get parts (1-800-626-2000), but don't expect any deal from GE on price or shipping costs. I looked up and found "door gaurd" rods for a WMR04BAPABB and they are WR17X10586, WR17X10587, WR17X10588, and WR17X10589 and all were in stock at GE parts. You may need more than one of some parts.

SOURCE: No water from door dispenser

This is most times caused by a defective dual water control valve on the back near floor of the refrigerator. Unplug the two wire connections and check both coils with an ohm meter. The both should read the same amount of resistance. Or set your meter on voltage and place the probes in each side of the plug and have someone press the dispense button. You should show the household voltage at the end of that plug. Sea Breeze

Water accumulating inside fridge bottom make GE Model #gta18pbnaww

That's normal especially if you tend to leave the door open alot. Moisture from the outside air condenses and drips to the bottom. Also, if the refrigerator is automatic self-defrosting it will melt ice collecting around the refrigerator and the resulting water will collect at the bottom. Check under the food drawers for a drain hole. If it is clogged, clean it out. If it doesn't exist, periodically sponge out the bottom under the drawers.

GE Refridge #tbx21jablraa Water collecting in

The defrost drain tube is plugged. Move the refrig out from the wall and remove the tube which goes from the center middle of the back to the bottom part of the refrig. Clean out the tube and check the part that goes into the refrig. That part usually comes off with a quarter turn or so, then pull.
