hi thanks for the question you have a drain problem the drain tube from freezer to the drip pan behind and under neath the fridge you have to clean that drain sometimes you have to shut the fridge down for 24 hrs let the ice melt in the drain tube cause you cant get at it so let thaw and then clean out the drain hose thanks for your question the appliance doc

pull bottom tray and look for hole in the back on the bottom try a clothes hanger straightened out and push thru hole
