Please provide a more complete description. Are you having problems with the audio? If so, what kind of noise? Hiss, hum, tone, crackles, ...? Does it come in gradually as the set warms up, or is it a sudden onset? How long does it take to happen?
If it is video noise, again, please try to describe it - snow, fringing, stripes, flickers, etc.

Noisy fan and no heat

Kitchen aid is made by Whirlpool. There is a very good chance the then thermal fuse on the back of the oven has tripped. Whirlpools are very prone to this fuse tripping after a clean cycle. The noisy fan is just that a noisy fan it will probably need replacing. I have replace a couple of them over the years. When you pull the oven out to replace the thermal fuse replace the fan motor at the same tiome.

Laptop heats up and the fan is extremely noisy. its almost impossible to place it on my lap while working due to the heat.

This indicates that the fan is faulty and possibly the heat sink is clogged with dust.
A noisy fan could have a worn bearing, I suggest you replace the fan.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spinsfreely, if not replace the fan. If the fan and heat sink is clogged withdust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use acan of compressed air to do this.

My nforce3 chipset is very noisy now. can I replace this?

i think your cpu is generating too much heat thats why cpu's fan tries to cool down the heat. i think you need to apply some thermal paste . if you don't know what i am saying then i think you better take it to a technician to do it because it is complicated work.

Noisy oven

Make certain that the heating element is properly seated WHEN THE OVEN IS COLD! When you put "current" through wires and heating elements, they vibrate. Zip tie the wires together outside the oven cavity.

The dryer machine when it is working its noisy and sometimes the heating elements trip off.

It is normal for the heating element to cycle off and on based on the dampness of the clothing in the drum. It may be noisy due to worn drum rollers, glides or others interior components.

Vibration when heat only is on inside and out

Is it noisy always when running in heat or only for intermittant periods? Depending on where you live every 45-90 minutes of run time the heat pump goes into a cycle called defrost. The fan on the outdoor unit will shut off. the compressor will continue to run but in actually cool mode. this heats the outdoor coil and allows any frost or ice that is built up on the outdoor coil to melt. The compressor can get pretty loud in this mode and you may actually see steam coming off of the unit. This is normal. However if it is noisy all of time in heat check/clean your coils. If this doesn't remedy it have your refrigerant charge checked by a NATE certified Service Technician. Good luck.
