I have a 1969 Cub Cadet 127 with a rototiller, and it loses power and stops spinning each time I lower the rototiller in the garden. I cleaned the rototiller and belts look good. Help!

You may have wear on the pressure plate and sometimes you can adjust the turnbuckle on the clutch rod and that will take care of the problem. If that doesn't help you may need to replace the pressure plate. Cub Cadet part # IH-473471-R1.... Hope this will help you.

How do you start the Huskee Rototiller 190CC? My

Yes, the engine is identical to the ones used on several lawnmowers and the safety bar must be held in against the handle to enable it to start. Releasing it while running will kill the engine.

Craftsman rototiller 3 5 model 917 299130 leaks

Sounds like you are speaking of the float bowl.
It should not have a hole in it.
You could purchase the part from Sears or a small engine shop.
If it were mine, I'd remove the bowl, clean it, and patch with a gasoline impervious material such as JB weld.
