You get these messages turned off by fixing the problem.
Low water pressure is basically one of the valves is not letting water pass through.
1. Do as you already did and clean the inlet filters. Any kinked hoses?
2. Adjust the water pressure in the house. Is it too high or too low?
3. Replace the valves in the unit.
4. Main board.

The E4 error message could be because the water pressure is too low rather than too high. Can you let me know the exact model number of your dishwasher and I should be able to tell you more.
