Seems to be an Australian machine? Most washing machines, you have to do rinse and spin.

Please, consider getting a users manual, and trouble shooting guide from https://manuall.co.uk/household-appliances/washing-machines/ignis-washing-machines/. The Error code can be decoded. Machine model will be needed. Continuously running pump would an indication the timing mechanism is not advancing. Sensor problem perhaps.

I couldn't locate a legitimate manual searching, and some sites appeared to be malicious.
