Question about Computers & Internet
Hi, I am hoping you can help me with the following problem:- I obtained and installed a program "Remove Logo Now" on my computer - a tower computer with Windows7 operating system - to try and get rid of an annoying logo from a TV series. The program deleted the logo perfectly, but the audio has completely been destroyed - it is now either an intermittent or constant fairly loud background noise - and I do not know what I have done wrong, or what to do about it. Can you help, please? Thanking you in advance John
The software might have hampered your audio controller. Do one thing install the audio driver once again on your system.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can try also to do reformat your hard drive as fresh unallocated one before doing formatting again to install windows. And check your installation disk for scratches.

There may not be a program or "driver" you can see. It depends on how you searched your files. Be sure to check search hidden files when setting up the search. A driver may be mentioned in your Registry. Printers, especially Canons, leave software or references to software behind frequently.
When doing your search, use the Search Companion, not the newer Windows search. Under More Advanced options at the bottom, be sure to check Search hidden files and folders.
One thing I am a little confused about. CanonUSA has no driver updates on their website for the MF 5770. Where did you get this driver from? They only have firmware updates.
