Question about Computers & Internet
Hi, I am hoping you can help me with the following problem:- I obtained and installed a program "Remove Logo Now" on my computer - a tower computer with Windows7 operating system - to try and get rid of an annoying logo from a TV series. The program deleted the logo perfectly, but the audio has completely been destroyed - it is now either an intermittent or constant fairly loud background noise - and I do not know what I have done wrong, or what to do about it. Can you help, please? Thanking you in advance John
Obviously uninstall it, but then download, install, and use Free CCleaner to remove any registry traces of the program. Be careful and only select the registry option, or it may deleted settings you want like browser history. This may help, but you also have to re-install any corrupted drivers the program may have affected.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You should have a shortcut item in your Start Menu > Acronis section named "... Acronis OS Selector". This launches the setup module allowing you to make whatever modifiations you desire to the OS Selector (i.e., "uninstall").
If you cannot locate the Start Menu shortcut, the EXEcutable it points to is named "OSSelectorSetup.EXE" (e.g., ...\Program Files\Acronis\...\OSSelectorSetup.exe). Simply search for and locate that filename, then launch it directly.
TIP: You may want to consider "deactivate" rather than "uninstall" (unless you''re sure you'll NEVER want use it in the furture).
Please post back if you have any further questions, or just to let me know how everything worked out.

Is it now missing from add/remove programs.Windows add/remove
is a useless program anyway, you can go into safe mode(reboot your pc tap f8) and delete the folder that is in your program files. Return to normal operation. There are two ways to remove the registry keys
for this program, manual and a free cleaner, called Ccleaner, you should get this and clean your registry, besides it is good to clean
it when you install and uninstall programs. Below is the link to the free cleaner, its not bad for free.
