Question about General Electric GE Profile CounterTop Microwave - Model Number: PSHF6VGXBB Side by Side Commercial Refrigerator
I think that the freezer may have been too cold so I have put it up to a three in case the water line to the dispenser is frozen. There are no leaks in the rear of the refrigerator and the lines look clear. I am thinking that the door mechanism is broken? Although there is no green light going on just red when I push to reset. Help! Rachael
Having a water line freeze in the door is possible but the most likely reason for not getting the dispenser to work is a defective=> WR57X10070 Water Inlet Valve on the dispenser side of the water inlet valve. I would like you to watch the video and if you have questions let me know Thanks Sea Breeze

If the panel temperature reads 0 F 0 F it is in the "DEMO" mode. This is normal if you purchase a floor model. To bring it back to normal mode press ENERGY SAVER & ADJUST FREEZER together for 3 to 5 seconds until it beeps. Then unplug the referidgerator for at least 30 seconds. Then plug it bck in. That will reset the stupid computer and get it back to normal operation.

There should be a float or electronic water level sensor that will tell the water to shut off, if it has calcium from the water on it or the float is damaged it will keep sending water until manually shut off(pull the plug). I would look for a water level sensor of some sort and clean or replace it. If that doesn't work it could be a sticking water fill solonoid which you should then replace
