I have a Kurzweil Mark-Pro TWOi. It takes several minutes to turn on, and keeps resetting and clicking while booting up. My guess is a bad capacitor somewhere. I looked at the power board, and it looks...

I don't know what you "tested" the power supply board with, but I would use an oscilloscope to look at the outputs to see if any of the regulators are drooping. Clicking is a broad term... if it is a relay, it PROBABLY is for speaker protection and senses balance of the power amps.
With a two minute delay, this is PROBABLY a thermal issue... Use freeze mist/circuit cooler to find suspicious parts.

My preset buttons no longer work.

The buttons are just metal domes glued to a circuit board. After time, pressing the buttons will cause the button strip to shift downward and stop functioning. Open your radio and push the strip back into place.

IIRC, the SP4 has a separate button PCB. That may have just come loose. The connector is just to the left of the power button. Press firmly on that area and see if that helps.

I was Looking at some of the other posts and was wondering if the BATERY CELL 2032 could be the problem to my VGP problem. What is currently happening is any card i plug into my VGP slot, is non responcive...

Changing the battery on the board won't make a difference. It is clear that your "VGP" slot is damaged as there is little chance that all 5 of your test cards are damaged. The onboard video controller functions independently of the "VGP" slot and should not be affected by its failure.

Before you ask, there is absolutely no way to replace the "VGP" slot on the motherboard. You must replace the entire motherboard. If you can find a board with the exact same northbridge and southbridge chipsets you might be able to avoid reinstalling your operating system.

Now, one more thing to clear up. There is no such thing as a VGP slot. You have either an AGP or PCI-E slot.

Please vote for my solution if it helps.

Where can I get peavey replacement parts for sp4 speakers? Need to replace the internal board.

The internal board is the crossover. Your best bet is to contact Peavey directly. Call them up and select the service department. You can purchase parts directly from them. Have both the model (SP4) and serial number. Because the series has been around for a while, there are slight differences in the crossovers (may not be the case for the SP4, bt was for the SP2 series). The serial number will incidate the "run" and insure that you get the proper parts.

Light in refrig not working & blue indicator lights out also. Pulled switch & lights still out if I jump the leads. Is there a reset botton.

your motherboard in the lower rear area of the unit is bad,if you have recently replaced burned out lights in the refrige when these lights burn out it causes a surge on this control board and burns the circuit trace, hint:if you hear a rapid clicking noise in this area of the motherboard its a relay trying to latch,a bad board wont let it latch and the lights will dimly flash in the refrige compartment and the digital read-out may be out too

Most likely problem is your Smart card has fried. Its located on the removable panel that your display is attached to.If you remove the screws that open this Clock Panel (un plugged from power first) the display panel will swing down and you will see the circuit board I mention (Smart card/control board ).Look for a visible burn on this board. If you see one ,replace the board.
