Re: hot air

Compressor isn't running. You're only getting the inside fan.

Unit not working correctly. The unit worked for the winter, few days ago I turn on the AC and noticed that it wasn't cooling like it should.

It's could be the board or a heat relay. See if you have 24 volts on "x2" im assuming, emergency heat when in cool mode if so it's the board. Or unhook black or x2 or your emergency heat from board and run unit in cool. If heat stays on its a relay

04 Suburban - AC runs then without notice driver side blows hot

You could be lacking Refrigerant in your A/C system. And or your Automatic Thermostatic Switch could be going bad. They do tend to wear Quickly. But in anycase, DO NOT try to recharge your system or have any no certified person touch your A/c system. This could Allwo moisture in to your system and destroy your compressor, and if it is overcharged then this could also cause a the cooling effeciency to drasticlly be cut in half. Also could damage the system. A compressor is very epensive. Only allow a 609 certified Tech or an ASE certified tech( dealer, or a/c shop) take a look at this.
This is an advanced problem please dont be overwhelmed by the information.

AC Wall unit is blowing hot air

Bit difficult? Brand/type of this AC?
Can't see what controls what from here.
Your fan works, but I can't see your compressor working to compress the freon (or what ever is in there).
So give some more details about electrical connection.
2 / 3 phase /grounded?
Suppose the unit is disconnected now and thawed up?
