its not your phone kyocera system is having issues and they are trying to solve the problem. for now the only thing to try is master reset. make sure everything is saved to your sd card first because master rest will DELETE EVERYTHING. pictures automatically save to sd card
save contact to sd card: go to contacts hit options and export.. after master reset you will have to go back and option import.. you do not have to remove card before reset because there is an option for that
master rest: settings, devise resest, reset, make sure you scroll down and the sd card option is not checked off, then "erase everything"
this is as far as i have gotten i dont know what kyocera does if the problem continues

Dial *228 try this reset procedure ..and see if ti works..remember that you will loose any user data on it ..this will reset it to factory settings .. Also it may be a good idea to remove any media on it .. If this is not working ..you should get to the manufacturer support site ..and download the firmware and make an update ..or ..I would go for the original firmware and make a re-soft ..
