SOURCE: How does one stop spam email when you filter, block and unsubscribe, and that same email keeps coming back to your inbox and spam box? I've try all three and still no change. Helpless. . .

there is a free program called Spamhilator which registers all of the e-mails that you delete and it learns from deleted e-mails so that those e-mails go straight to the trash bin and you never see them
They are not entirely deleted so if you are expecting an e-mail ( password reset etc) and it doesn't come you can go to the trash can and recover it
It works on rejected sender e-mail addresses most of which are false
It has a good user response so it may be worth a try

How do I unsubscribe from fixya

If you just want to stop getting emails from fixya, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of the emails you receive and follow the directions to stop the flow of messages.

You could also log on to your fixya account, click your Profile Icon at the top on the far right (next to "Find a Pro"), select "My Account," and then click "My Settings." Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click the radio button next to "Do not send me any more emails from Fixya." Scroll up just a bit and click "Save my information." This should stop the flow of emails.

If you want to delete your fixya account entirely, try clicking "Contact Our Support Team" just below the section on email preferences.

You could also send an email to or you could click the "Contact" link on any page in the fixya website. At the top of any page, click "Member Tools" then click "Contact Us." Or scroll down to the bottom of any page to the dark blue section and look for "Contact" on the left side.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!

There is an option to the email address that you registered in with the to block email notification coming from the site.

If you could provide me the email address that you use for me to provide instruction on how to block mails coming from a specific sender.

I have somehow been added to this repulsive web site, and am unable to Unsubscribe after many trys. I am a woman, and I am quite disgusted at pictures of half dressed bimbos with fake breasts that...

Have you contacted someone in their support department? To unsubscribe, you must use any and all links provided in any email you are sent, not just one, otherwise you may still receive emails from them.

Another issue is the time you have to wait prior to emails being stopped.

If worse comes to worse, block the email address through your email providers if all other attempts to stop them fail.

How can i stop my mails from entering boxbe… - I found a couple of unsubscribe and opt-out links for Boxbe on Google, but then I found the blog above and realized that none of those links seem to be working.

The Federal Trade Commission ( is supposed to help you eliminate spam mails. Suggestion: forward the boxbe spam to, in the subject line enter something like "unsubscribe link results in more spam", "unwanted spam message", "no unsubscribe link" or something similar.

Here's how to do the forwarding bit: click the crtl key and at the same time click the "forward" button to forward a message as an attachment, mac users should click the "apple" key and click "forward" simultaneously.

When the FTC gets your mail, they will look into the matter and when they find out who the spamming source is, they will take legal actions.… - link to the CAN-SPAM Act, consumer info at the bottom.

In the meantime try to block the boxbe address, here's how:

For New Mail
Go to options -> mail options -> spam -> type the unwanted email address under add a blocked address -> click add -> click "save changes".

For Mail Classic
Go to "mail options" in the top bar -> management -> block addresses -> under "add block" enter the email address you want to be blocked. Click "add block", click "yes" to set the block.
