You must contact the manufacturer. I'm a rep for Samsung, and I'm certain you need to contact the manufacturer. Go to there website to the help area. Talk to a rep.

My mom just received her new phone she needs to get it activated she was waiting too long for a customer service rep to answer. How can she do this on line?


Log in to company site. Then search about customer services then enter the serial number to active it.
You can find the serial number inside the phone under the battery.

A service rep was out and replaced the refrigerator evaporator coil today and the refrigerator is working fine. However the ice maker was not making ice, due to ice build up on the back of the ice drawer...


just a thought sometimes when the defrost has been set you have to go and reset the freezer temp. it should be around zero-f ..... when you reset the freezer temp you should hear it start up. if that dont work call the service company and explain over the phone you need directions to reset or turn it back on.. and tell them if they have to come out you shouldent have to pay because the freezer was working before they came.... and you should have no problems.... the last thing they want is an unhappy customer.. atleast the good companys... good luck i hope this helps

if you have straight talk service welcome to what come with cheap service expensive phones and the nicest set of noon english speaking non educated in what the hell they are doing customer service reps

I am being overcharged every month for my phone service--each month I talk to a service rep and get a different answer each time. what can I do


The best thing would be that you talk directly to the primary administrator of the network you use...you may not get there so simple but if you do, tell him or her to actually check their security, and intral user activities, there may be somebody who is messing up things for their own profit.
