This sounds like the X or Y encoders are not telling the machine to stitch when it moves. Check the wiring to these Encoders. Un plug and plug in again. If they still do not tell machine to stitch the will need replacing. Unfortunately this is quite common.

There is no way that anyone here can find what you are looking for. Incremental encoders are used for anything from robotic assemblers to elevators - unless you provide a lot more information about what it is you are wanting a wiring diagram for, there is no way anyone is going to be able to help you.

Circling at slow, normal or rapid speed:
Most common causes: Dirt has infiltrated the wheel encoder or a drive belt has failed.
In MOST cases, the robot's software will recognize and correct the behavior within minutes. If the battery was recently reset, the robot may act erratic again at startup until the software has a chance to correct the condition. • If the Robot does not resume normal driving behavior within the first couple minutes of runtime, go to DRIVE WHEEL Module inspection and cleaning (Appendix C). If cleaning wheel modules does not correct the problem, both wheel modules may need to be replaced. • Replace drive wheel modules if fixes fail.

790 on the intercom resets the extension. You probably don't really want to reset the system unless you're familiar with system programming. If you are, or want to reset it, look in the installation and programming manual for your specific Panasonic system.

Try resetting it here is the procedure

1. open thr front lid
2. press and hold for 5 sec. the up and down buttons.

this will reset the clock and the channel settings
