Question about Saniflo Plumbing
We have a Sanispeed kitchen pump unit in our utility room connected to the washing machine. It worked fine for a couple of months (it was second hand) and now when the washing machine empties some of the water backs up the tube we put the hose into. We also have a combi comdensate attached. Any ideas

like the anchor idea?, no sorry, this does sound like the water is not getting to the machine, so, when you turn the machine on does it make a slight buzzing noise, if so the fault is no water in the pipes to the machine (from the house), if no buzzing check the solenoids with a multimeter for open circuit (removing the 2 wires first) oh and the plug obviously / replace solenoid if needed, i am sure this will cure your problem, if so rate me please, thank you

After dismantling the B100 and trouble shooting the machine I determined that the hose leading to the air pump on the right side of the B100 allowed water to back flow into the motor. The small amount of moisture eventually caused the motor to fail.
I had to find a scrap machine, which most people that have bought this piece of equipment have just thrown it in the trash, and remove the motor from the opposite side which still functioned. Since it is designed to mount to a specific side I had to appoxy the motor into place. To keep the problem from occuring again I purchased a check valve from a local pet store and put it in-line with the motor.
This solved the problem at the source and has prevented moisture from getting into the motor. Now I am a proud owner of a Frankin Pot. It's alive!

Might be a cracked water valve or dispenser. To get to it you must remove the skin. Click HERE for info on accessing these fine machines.
