Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Reinstalling software

Close down the computer. Reboot the computer go to Control panel Add/delete software - find the Olympus file and click delete. When done do not re install, but put the CD back in the box, Windows does very well without it. If you need an image editor download Picasa it free. If you want an image viewer Download Irfanview- that's free too. Software the comes with camera is always bet left in the box in my view

SOURCE: reinstall no software

Hello,

You can redownload the softwarefor your 5550 from here. Once you open the link all you need to do is select your operating system.

Then from the Driver section, I would choose the full feature driver link. On the next page you can choose Install Now if you want to start the install at this time, or Download Only if you wish to install it later. Both options have a link below that says View Directions which will give you step by step instructions to install the drivers if you need them.

Hope this helps. Please remember to rate this information.

Thanks

Hello
HP image zone is a photogrph application that sounds like it has become corrupt.
You can try to reinstall it and the error message should go away.
Here is a link to H P.Just find your software and download and install it.

http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html

If you do not want to install it try going to control panel, add remove programs and find the software in the list and click uninstall.

If this doesnt work.type regedit in your search bar, click on regedit then scroll down to hkeylocalmachine software, open up the list and look for any h p software listed there and delete.
Warning! before you delete any thing in regedit be positive its the correct software your deleting.

I would be more apt to reinstall the software for the program.
