Try first by make it a hard reset. If it do not help you, check and replace the main digital processor board. Unplug the TV AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 5 minutes or so. This must make it a hard reset. If you wish to get more details, check this site linked below. Pull up older posts there. Check the site with patience, as it has over 2380 posts now. It sounds like one of the Electrolytic Capacitors in the TV has gone, this can be caused by voltage fluctuations, Ambient Temperatures around the TV and sometimes they just fail for no apparent reason. If you are handy with some basic electronic tools you could open the back of the TV and you would possibly see the remains of the blown component as bits of paper like material around where a capacitor used to be.

This can be caused by a faulty throttle position sensor (TPS). It will normally be found on the end of the throttle shaft oposite the cable connection. They are fairly simple to replace, and cost less than $50.

There is a clock spring under the steering wheel that provides power to the drivers airbag when turning the wheel, those are known to go out or get a short in them. Take the vehicle to Autozone and have them pull the codes for you to see which bag or sensor is causing the light. As for blowing the fuse I am leaning towards the clock spring since it is prone to high wear from constant turning of the wheel. Hope this helps.....

Green box keeps popping up in upper right corner

You should be watching your dvd's on an input and not on tv analog 3. Every time the tv "senses" a signal change in the audio that screen will pop up. Connect the DVD player to the tv by using either the red, white and yellow (composite) connections or using the green, blue, red, white and red (component). Once you are on an actual input that box will stop popping up.
