This is one of several things. The fan motor might have a bad capacitor. The unit is heating up the breaker box etc

SOURCE: what size fuse do i need on the positive side do i

Most un-modified CB radios run about 2 to 4 amps on transmit. A 5 amp fuse is sufficient for most radios. Check you owners manual for the correct size fuse to use.

You need to check the current rating of your heat strips. If it is more than 60 amps then you need a bigger breaker. If 60 amps or less then your heat strips are going bad. Also make sure your fan turns smoothly without any wobble.

Lights flicker or dim when 1 ton split a/c outdoor unit compresser starts & click sound appears from double booster or in MCB . ( BUT NOT DRIPPING )

Samsung units won't operate properly below 190 volts and over 230 volts. You need a transformer similar to what they use in marinas. In Mexico they use step up transformers on appliances because of voltage drops in the evening until the electric company winds up the supply.

Main breakers keeps blowing what is the reason i had the electrical company check there stuff up to the house said everything was ok no smaller breakers are blowing just the 200 main is it possible i did...

Add up all the amps from active breakers. Do they add up over 200? If not, then I suspect a bad main breaker. If they do, then you need a larger service box and or main breaker.

How to convert the aircondition tanage in amp

I assume you mean tonnage. If you are looking for the amp amount to run a circuit to your aircond. here is rule of thumb: 2 ton is a 20 amp circuit (requires two 20 a breakers for a 230volt single phase unit)
3 ton is a 30 amp circuit (230v 1 phase)
4 ton is a 40 amp circuit (230v 1 phase)
5 ton is a 50 amp circuit (230v 1 phase)

all these require two breakers, and both breakers should be joined together.

What fuse does my maxon mcb-30 cb take

12 volt 2 amp kinds or any 0.5 amps even. You want it to blow fast to save radio from damage. So, any type 0.1 amp to 1 amp or 2 even. It doesn't matter; but a fast blowing one will save radio from damage later on.

Wiring standard for Split AC 1.5 Ton

The factor that you have not included here is the distance from the power panel to the unit...if it is too far then you need to up gauge the wire to compensate for that... that could be why the electrician wanted to go to the 720 ga. wire.

Powercable gets burned

The wiring inside the walls dictate what size of amps can go through the lines. most wiring inside the house walls is only capable of carrying 15 amps. Meaning the wire size is 14 gage. You can't change the breaker size to 20 the wire can't carry that much power. You have a window A/C that requires around 9 amps. Now somewhere in the same circuit you are using some other amps, say something like a lamp it needs 2 amps. A tv it needs 4 amps say something like a computer it needs 2 amps. Do you get the idea? A/C's need a circuit all by them selves. That is why the cord is getting burnt.

And then another problem might be the connection to the wall outlet it self might be loose meaning it isn't getting all the power it needs. With loose wires it will get hot and draw power as much as it can and not get it. So turn off the breaker and check the outlet to make sure the connections are tight and clean.

I hope this helps you indentify the problem get back with me and let me know.

Ben, you are on the right track. To upgrade the breaker, first look at the main house breaker panel and determine if allowing more current through main breaker will be taxing it too highly (will 20 more amps exceed my main breaker limit...what is the main breaker current trip at?) Then look at the wire size leading away from the 40 amp breaker to outside. If it is 6 gage copper or 4 gage copper-clad aluminum wire, you are ok to upgrade. Any smaller wire size could be unhealthy.
