SOURCE: washer water not draining
Your washer probably has a frozen pump pulley or a broken pump belt. To check the pulley you should remove the pump from the washer and try to rotate its pulley manually. If it doesn't turn freely (frozen or stiff) it should be replaced. In case of a broken pump's belt or belt looks quite worn, replace it. In any case, check the pump's pulley before you replacing the belt. Let me know if you need for further assistance. Good luck

look at the bottom of the control panel on the end caps and back out the two screws then pull the control panel slightly forward and tilt it back then you should see gray wires either going in the body of the washer or to a switch on the left side un plug the harness and put a jumper wire across the connector going to the control panel then try spin

it sounds like your coupler is broken, with the machine unplugged and with help pull the washer out and then tilt it back. look between the motor and the transmition for a back disk sandwiched between 2 white disks. if it is gone then you need to replace the coupler. it is a medium difficulty job, you need to take the shell off in order to do the job.

I've had the same problem...you can purchase a replacement lid switch at your local appliance parts store for about $35. Fortunatly, the sales person at the appliance store had diagrams and provided instructions to replace the switch. I was able to finish the job and fix the switch in less than 1 hour. Good Luck.

You need to replace the lid switch. This is located under the case. you have to take the case off to change this part. This is done by taking the 2 screws out of the front of the control panel. Then flip the panel back and remove the 2 brass clips that hold on the case. Then you can remove the whole washer case to get acces to the lid switch. This is a very common problem and an easy problem to fix.
