click on the menu button and keep scrolling until you find the protect or unprotect function. What you will do is unprotect and then you can erase.

To Unprotect go to MENU down on the lower left when ur looking at screen press menu while u have one of the protected pics up. Go to Protect folder-select-ok-hit W at top-ok
