Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3c Cellular Phone
Is their any way I can change my display to read something else other than "AT&T.
Study up on SEEM edits. Since you have AT&T, at least you can use all of the phones features. I have Verizon, and I have to hack the phone just to be able to use a lot of the features that you get to use right out of the box.
I have just changed mine. It's not that hard. You have to download a couple of small programs to be able to do it, but it's really pretty fun to see all of the stuff you can do.
I have enabled usb transfers, created and uploaded my own free ringtones, changed the outer lcd while the phone is open from a "verizon ad" to the Decepticons logo, enabled vibe then ring, changed my Bluetooth device name (the name that shows up when you view Bluetooth devices on a computer), disabled the V-cast shutdown animation, and enabled the original Motorola startup. I am about to change the theme, and put on custom startup and shutdown animations.
Then again, mine is a cdma phone (Verizon).
I got all of my knowledge from www.hacktherazor.com
It may be different since you use the AT&T version of the phone. Just try Google searching something like "hacking AT&T Razor" or "changing carrier banner on GSM razor". It shouldn't be too hard to find. Good Luck!

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
