Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Hi I've got a Tanita Pedometer

I can not find the instructions, (there are sites that warn not to lose it)
So lets go with what I think I know.
Press and hold the Mode button until your display starts flashing.
Once it does, use your other two buttons for varying the display amounts.

At least, that is what i would do.

Also, my wife get sooooo mad at me, but I have every instruction manual for everything i bought somewhere in the house....
good luck and don't forget to vote!!!

Why does my pedometer goes into sleep mode ewhen I stop and wont go back on when I start walking again. What do I havwe to do to get it started again?

This pedometer is programmed to go to sleep for a couple of reasons.
  1. To save battery life.
  2. To not inadvertently add steps to jostles or shakes. This pedometer has been programmed to only start counting steps at your 10th step from the sleep mode. This is to help with the accracy of the device.
