Question about Kyocera Mita KM-3035 All-In-One Laser Printer

1 Answer

KM3035 I am having this problem with KM3035 again. This is really weired but true. When some one sends a print job that they received as an attachment from some one else, the job will not go the person's VMB, instead it will go to the person who originally sent it. Also, while trying to print something of off a shared network folder, it again goes to the VMB of the author of the document and not to the person who is trying to print. Please let me know if there is any solution for this. Thank you

Re: KM3035

I assume the print driver is on the server and shared. I would start there. I would think someone changed the default setting on that driver. Go to printing preferences, job tab, and see how it is set.
Or re-install the print driver and start over.
Of course, on any problem, Kyocera will always ask you if you have the latest software installed on the machine.

Got my HP laser jet P1005 plugged into 1 PC prints fine. But 2nd PC is networked to it and it takes ages to print! How can I speed up send PC print job? Both PCs Only ever print single pages.

Well, that really depends upon how you are "networked". Obviously, the primary PC is USB 2.0 connected direct to the printer. When you send a print job, the PC merely starts the print job and sends it to the printer on the fly. The other PC must first spool the entire job, packet it up, send it to the network, then network sends it to the first PC, where it must unpacket it, and send it to the printer. This is definitely going to be slower than a direct connection. And if your network connections are wireless rather than wired, even longer.

If I am not printing continuously, the printer does not print the first 5-6 printing jobs. When print job sent to the printer I get a blank page (printing job can be more than one page). After the blank...

Hi there,
It seems that " Print on both sides (Manually)" is selected in printing options., when you want to print any document Go to file Print > select printer and click properties and disable the Manual printing option in device settings.
You should be able to get printing without errors,
if the option is not checked then check for the default paper tray,
save the settings and reboot your laptop/desktop and restart printer as well so that settings should work properly and any given command gets clear from memory, If these all settings are ok, Uninstall the printer driver and download the latest version drivers from HP website and install see links below

Cant send nor receive faxes

dear sir, kindly follow the below instructions
  1. Ensure that all cables are securely connected. First, make sure that the printer cable connecting your computer to your printer is connected securely. Then, make sure that the power cord is inserted into a wall outlet. Try your print job again after you have ensured that all cables are properly connected.

  2. Clear a paper jam if your printer is not responding or you are receiving a "Paper Jam" error message on your printer. To clear a jam, first open the rear output door by pushing down on the two levers on each side of the door. Opening the rear door simply makes it easier to clear a jam. Open the top cover on the front of the printer by pressing the release button on the right side of the printer. Locate the paper jam and use two hands to gently remove the paper jam. Try your print, scan, fax or copy job again.

  3. Clear stored or saved faxes if you are having trouble sending or receiving faxes. Old faxes may be stuck in the fax queue, which may be causing the printer to not respond. To remove stored faxes, press the "Menu" button on the printer and select "Fax Functions." Then select "Clear Saved Faxes." Wait for the queue to clear and try your fax job again.

  4. Remove paper from the automatic document feeder (ADF) input tray if your scan job is coming out crooked. The ADF input tray can only hold up to 50 sheets at a time. If there are more than 50 sheets in the input tray, the output may appear skewed. Try your scan job again after removing the paper.

  5. Adjust your computer monitor's display settings if your scanned image is not an accurate representation of the original image. This can be done in the "Control Panel" in Windows. Set the settings to the highest possible resolution and try your scan job again.

  6. Perform a power cycle on your printer if the previous steps were unsuccessful. To do this, turn off your printer, then unplug it from the wall. Wait a few minutes and plug the printer back in. Try your print, scan, fax or copy job again.

take care..thank you

The print job in the print queue is preventing other print jobs from printing im receiving this error message i have a hp c 4580 printer

If one job isn't printing, cancel it, and let the other one's print. I read somewhere there is a 2GB limit on print spool jobs...and if you reach that limit, everything locks up. I am not sure on it...but if you have a realy large document, either print it alone, well, just print it alone. Try to spool your print jobs from the smallest ones first, and don't overload it. The is especially true of printing pictures...because if you don't resize them, they can be especially large files (and large pictures) sometimes you don't realize that what you are viewing on screen is only 26% of the actual picture size...especially if you have say, a 8MP or higher camera pixel size capability.

Printing Problem

You can print the Coniguration page and demos?
If so, somehow you may the settings to the printer wrong.
If you select , file, then print, see that the proper printer is selected.
If you can print those other pages, the printer and connection is fine. There is some setting not sending the print job from the applications.
Really sounds like the printer has be deselected at the default printer
