Question about Kyocera Mita KM-3035 All-In-One Laser Printer
Hi there, In our office we have many users using KM3035 and all of them have a VMB assigned to them with a password. But some of the employees quit on a shortnotice and we don't know their pincode to the printer and hence the printer won't allow us to delete the user's VMB or the print jobs in there. Is there a way to fix. I would appreciate any solutions for this problem. Thank you
There would have to be a built in overide code or number to fix this solution. You need to consult manual or contact manufacturer for manual. They may even be able to tell you what to do.

Sounds like you need an additional program from KyoceraMita called Net Viewer. This program allows you to view the KM3035's settings and add / delete VMBs. Hope this helps.
