SOURCE: Sub Zero 632 leaking water
Had the same problem on the same model (632). Turned out to be a plugged drain tube on the condensate collection trough located on back wall of the refrigerator. Simply pull out the crisper drawer (the drawer below the lowest shelf) and you'll bee the trough. The drip tube can easily be plugged by a vegetable leak or grape, etc which had fallen into this trough. Hope its as simple for you as for us.

The sub zeros I have worked on have a compressor for each side. Is your fan blowing. You may have a defrost timer or heater. Possible low on gas but thats not very likely the sub zeros are made very well. Check to see if fan is blowing. Check condensor coils on top to see if they are clean. Check to see if your condensor fan is blowing. These are just possoble problem you can check if every thing looks good. Call a service tech ask for free estimate on repairs. Rus

but when I follow the kinkos link and place an order for the manual they will not print it because it is copyrighted!! Fedex says these links are for subzero employees only.
