I wanna know what fuse box my inside lighter is connected to?

Its fuse number 14. its a 15A fuse

To replace the lighter, you will need to get behind the lighter body, which has an outer shell screwed on behind the dash.
Disconnect the connectors on the back, then with the lighter taken out. Hold the inside body, and from behind the dash unscrew the outside body. The lighter will come apart in 2 separate parts.

I think the lighter plug fuse would be a yellow but to be certaint there is a site that you can go and find the manuel that you didnt get when you bought the vehicule there is the site. http://www.autousermanual.com/view/lincoln/continental/1999/a/owners-manual/ there is the site where you can donwload the owner manuel.

My boyfriend connected the battery up backwards and fried some wires. How do I know which wires are fried? And how much would a new fuse box be?

on the inside of the fuse cover the fuses are numbered but you will need the owners manual to see which fuse is for what

Yes that would be fuse no 7 which is a 20 amp fuse in the fuse panel under the dash

The fuse box is located under the drivers side dash on left side. Check to see if there is power to cig lighter via 12 volt test light.
