Question about Panasonic PT-43LC14 Television
All of sudden my TV will not power on. I've owned it for several years and it has never given me a problem. I did recently replace the lamp but considering the age of the set, it was justified. Even so, it has been weeks since the change out and it has worked well. This morning I went to turn it on, the indicator light flashed green for a few second, then red, and the TV completely shut down. Not once did the screen light up. I inspected the lamp but it is not burned out. Should I have replaced something else? What else can I do to resolve this?

Inspect the lamp again. When you replace it, make sure you DO NOT TOUCH the glass. Make sure all doors and covers are securely in place before you turn it on.
As a rule, expensive lamps have a very short life.
