Check whether the audio is muted in audio settings. If not, check the speaker. If it is also OK, check and replace audio output section circuit board. It is faulty. No sound

Make sure you do not have "mute" turned on. Also, on some TV sets, you have the option to turn off the internal audio (your speakers)and enable the audio out terminals. Make sure that this isn't the case. Outside of this, you could be looking at a internal failure.

Why isn't my volume working?

there are numerous volumes - in-call (which you can only increase/decrease while sspeaking to someone) media -volume (which a game or music has to be playing to change) and the phone volume (which all other programs must not be running through the volume.

Also check your settings - sounds - and make sure your phone is NOT on silent..

Audio isn't working

ya know I hate to say it but I've done this before. check the mute button on your remote. I've accidently hit mine before and it took me several days to realize it. lol. if it's not that. check the volume of the set itself, then check the volume with the remote....I know these are weird things to check, but they do & have happened, to me. lol. good luck & God bless.

Try a factory reset:

1. Press and hold "Menu" and "Channel+" on the TV. (do not use the remote)
2. Using the other hand, press the Power button.
3. A small screen should appear in the top left part of the screen.
4. Using the remote, select "Memory Recall" and Enter.
5. Power off and reboot the TV and Computer.
6. Run channel auto-scan to regain the picture.

I have no sound out of the front speakers. Mute button is off, speakers work fine. Only have sound (very little) if volume is turned way up.

NEVER USE MAXIMUM VOLUME FOR TROUBLESHOOTING.

Turn the volume control to something medium.

The errant switch, control or condition may change and you will suddenly release the amp's
full power and possibly destroying your speakers. If a signal isn't audible at 1/2 volume
it's probably not there.

Carefully examine the front panel for clues like a misplaced Source Selection, Mute, Tape
Monitor control or Multichannel Analog Input selected.

There is a good chance that a common control may have developed a high-resistance or 'dead'
spot through defect or idleness and is causing your symptom. Turn the POWER OFF and operate
every control throughout its range a number of times, especially rarely-used ones like Tape
Monitors and the Mute control.

Turn the volume to something reasonable and see if that helped.

Go to your menu and choose picture. See if your settings are normal or if the brightness is turned down. If it isn't then it's a problem with the T.V.
