Overflowing coffee maker

My coffee maker occasionally overflows. What could be wrong?

Thanks. Wish it were that simple. The filter is the metal one that is designed for this coffee maker.

Could be using incorrect filters for a different coffee maker, sorry if this sounds obvious but this is the first thing i would think it was unless the water flow is adjustable and coming through quicker than the filter can drain it through

KEEP IT FROM LETTING THE GROUNDS OVERFLOW FROM THE KCUPS

If the coffee grounds are overflowing, you can try using less if a reusable mesh filter is in place. If it's just a disposable K-cup you're using, the recommendation is to use each one only once to prevent this.

Coffee maker overflows

Who owns the brewer. Usually the OCS supply does the maintenance. Office Coffee Systems sell and service the brewers...the service if for free. Does it have a label on the side or anywhere. If it is overflowing, is it out of the brew basket in to the pot?...There are a couple reasons for that. Is it a water line model?. If it is a pour over, it is human error. If it is a water line model it is probably a leaky inlet water valve. http://www.pamasco.com/bloomfieldsolenoidvalvesandrelatedparts.aspx

It keeps overflowing at around cup 9 and ruins the coffee in the process. Any idea why?

You should make sure you are measuring in the same cups they are alot of coffee makers measure in 6oz cups (I don't know why) but they do so over 10 cups that would be 20 oz difference

Bunn CWTF 15 Coffee Maker Overflowing drastically

Have you tried resetting the brew volume(make sure board is not set to lock).
The only other thing I can think of is replacing the timer board, because its not telling the solenoid to stop brewing.

I de-scaled the coffee maker. Now the water comes out so fast that the grounds are overflowing the filter. Can I calibrate it myself? How?

It sounds like the sprayhead is missing. It looks like a little shower head and is screwed on where the water comes out.
