Question about Trust TB-5300 Slimline Design

Open Question

Driver Problems Whenever I install the 15356_03 drivers and restart my PC the mouse will not work, the cursor will just sit there and I can't move it. If I then uninstall the drivers and restart the mouse will work properly again. I can't use my tablet without the drivers but I can't use my mouse when I use them. Are there any solutions that you know of that might fix this problem please? Thanks.

When I plug in an external mouse, it won't click.

If an external mouse does not work correctly, you may need to install device drivers for it. Windows does not support all 'mice' just by plugging them in. Download and install the drivers for the mouse from the manufacturers web site. Do NOT do a factory recovery for a device driver problem.

When typing the cursor will move to a different place

For all Panasonic Toughbook Models this is a symptom when you do not have the correct "TouchPad" driver installed.

Please go to the following Panasonic Toughbook Driver Site:

http://pc-dl.panasonic.co.jp/dl/

Choose your Model (CF-30).
Choose your Operating System
Choose Keyboard, Mouse and Peripherals Drivers,

Download and Install the Drivers.
You will need to restart your computer.

That is it. The TouchPad will now properly work.

My acer 15.6inch the cursor is frozen wont move

Hello,

Which mouse are you using? Is it the integrated mouse or the USB mouse?

If you are using the USB mouse, then try checking if it's plugged in correctly.

If it's your integrated mouse, then restart the computer and when it's up. Try moving your mouse. Restarting it usually does the trick.

If restarting it won't fix the problem, then restart and boot to safe mode. While restarting, tap F8 until you see the options to boot to safe mode. Highlight safe mode by using the arrow keys and hit enter. When you are in safe mode, try moving your mouse. Works or not - update the mouse driver. You can use RadarSync. If no go, then you might need to do a system restore. If worse comes worst, do a complete operating system reinstallation.

I hope this helps!

Cursor on my keypad jumps around

If your cursor moves erratically on the screen (for example, if it jumps around the screen, moves at varying speeds, or selects items on its own), perform the following steps:

1. Clean the surface of the touchpad with a dry, soft cloth to remove grease, sweat, moisture, or other liquids.

2. Adjust the sensitivity of the touch pad:.

a. Click the Start button and click Control Panel.

b. Click Printers and Other Hardware.

c. Click Mouse.

d. When the Mouse Properties window appears, click the Pointer Options tab.

e. Under Select a pointer speed:, click to move the slider bar closer to Slow.

f. Click OK.

g. Check to see if the touch pad still behaves erratically.

3. If the touchpad still caused the cursor to behave erratically, attach an external mouse to your computer and restart your computer. Use the external mouse to see if your cursor still moves erratically.

4. After connecting an external mouse, uninstall the touchpad driver from the Device manager listed under the "mice and other pointing devices" category and restart the Computer.

5. Download the Touchpad driver compatible to the Operating System installed on the Computer from the manufacturer's site and install it after restarting the Computer.

Good luck!!!!!!!!!!

Cursor not moving on screen

When you plug in the mouse you need windows to pop up and say found new hardware, and it will install a generic driver. I would shut down and restart and then plug it in again, if this does not work try installing the driver from disk that came with mouse, unplug mouse, install, plug it back in and try it.
Hope it works for you.
