THE FILL TUBE IN BACK OF REFRIGERATOR CAN SLIP

RUN WATER IN TUBE TO ELININATE BLOCKAGE AND CHECK

The evaporator condensate collection pan drain inside the fresh food section is clogged or blocked with ice. You will need to take the cover off to clean out the drain. Here is a link that shows the breakdown of parts for the fresh food section=> HERE

This is a very common problem with Samsung refrigerators especially the type that has two evaporators. The evaporator that is inside the fresh food section and will usally give people the most problems. The drain below the evaporator in the fresh food section will begin to freeze over or become blocked by gunk inside the drain line. When this happens it causes the fresh food section to retain water because with the drain blocked the moisture and defrost condensate water now have nowhere to go. Once that drain is blocked the freezing over of the evaporator will begin to happen more often slowing down defrost which again make problems worse. Clean the drain, make sure the refrigerator is level and confirm the model number of your refrigerator. Your model has no defrost timer and defrost are determined by the motherboard. There is a way to force defrost with your model from the motherboard but until the drain is cleaned out defrost will not help much because the water has no where to go but to freeze over the evaporator and fan area of the fresh food section evaporator. Hello,
Insufficient cooling is a fridge repair job that you can do without the help of a professional. Often the fridge has a frost-free failure, or the compressor is faulty but there are many other reasons for a fridge not cooling properly. Step 1 – Find the Problem
Your first job is to locate the source of the problem. Consider each of the following:
* Gaskets - Make sure the gaskets/seals are not torn and are sealing properly. * Evaporator fan – Make sure it is working. If it is now working you may have a problem with the fan motor. Check for power to the motor and also examine the fan switches around the door (not all fridges have these switches). * Air damper – Sometimes the air damper will not open up to allow the cold air from the freezer part to blow into the fridge section. * Condenser coils – Check to see that the condenser coils don’t have a dust build-up and that the condenser motor is working. * Compressor – Make sure your compressor is working with on and off clicking noises.

What is causing water to build up inside the refrigerator section? there is water in the crispers and on the shelves.

A condensation problem inside a fridge, normally means either, you are puting uncoverd food /or food that has a high water content (i.e.salads) into the fridge, which may be warmer than the inside temperature of the fridge, hence condensation(leaving the door open too long has the same effect)only remedy is paper towels in bottom of crisper so that salads dont go soggy.and wipe out fridge as often as needed.

Why is water is pooling at bottom of the fridge

WATER LEAKING FROM REFRIGERATOR OR INSIDE THE FREEZER OR FRESH FOOD SECTION
You have a blockage in your condensate defrost line or the pipe that fill the tray below the refrigerator is missing the condensate collector pan that uses the heat from the fan to evaporate the condensate back into the air inside your home.

I get a puddle of water inside of the the refrig every a couple days, I have turn off the refrig, and blow with the fan for over 5 hours, hoping that will solve the issue, however that didn't work.

check the seals for leaks. condensation from warm air leaking into the fridge through bad seals collects on the inside. also, if condensation collects on the evaporator coils, it'll freeze. then when it goes into defrost mode, all of the frost and ice melts into a condensate pan under the fridge. if the tube to the pan is blocked, the condensate stays in the fridge. so, check the seals and check the condensate tube.

Leaking in the freezer compartment

This is a common problem with all refrigerators. The problem is most likely to be in the defrost condensate drain line. Beginning in freezer and making its turns to condensate pan below your refrigerator.Send your model number and I will be able to point out where. Thank You
