SOURCE: reebok i run treadmill stops working after 10 mins

If everything still works but no belt movement, you motor controller is more than likely shot. If replacing you want to also pay attention to the deck and belt. Sence it sut down while running, it sound it an over heating problem which is usually caused from too much friction between the walking belt and the deck(the board under it) May require lube or may need replacing.

SOURCE: the belt is sticking on my treadmill reebok TR3

This is caused by one of three problems. First and most likely, the walking belt is loose. To tighten the belt, start by locating the two bolts that adjust the rear roller (one on each side of the unit in the back). Run the unit at about 3 mph. Tighten the bolts a 1/4 turn at a time. Make sure that what you do to one side, you MUST do to the other side or the belt will get off center. After you tighten it 1/4 turn, check the belt to see if it is still slipping. If it is then tighten the belt 1/4 turn again. Continue until the belt does not slip, but do not tighten the bolts more than 2 full turns. If it takes more than 2 turns then something else is the problem. The second problem that it could be is the drive belt might be loose. To tighten the drive belt, start by removing the front cover. loosen the bolts around the motor then tighten the drive belt by tightening the motor adjuster bolt. Once the drive belt is tight, tighten the motor back down. The third problem that it could be is the walking belt could be worn and need to be replaced. Let me know if you have any questions.

SOURCE: hello,my reebok i-run treadmill belt is not moving

Usually a spark means you have a problem with either the drive motor or motor controller board became damaged. Unplug unit remove the motor shroud physically inspect the motor and board for any signs of arching then replaced the board. Next use a multi meter to check continuity of the drive motor by removing the red and black leads that attached to the board if a reading is much more than 1.0 to 2.0 ohms then your motor is also damaged need to be replaced.

Maybe check for a reset button around the motor/ belt drive. Manually roll the belt a little to free up motor if it's been sitting awhile.

How to make the base lock in place.

Before folding the treadmill, adjust the incline to the lowest position. If you do not do this, you may damage the treadmill when you fold it. Remove the key and unplug the power cord. CAUTION: You must be able to safely lift 45lbs. (20 kg) to raise, lower, or move the treadmill.Raise the frame until the latch knob locks into the storage
position. Make sure that the latch knob is locked in the storage position.
