One of the prongs on the harness for my silver cross 3d pushchair has broken off. It is attached to the frame. Can I get a replacement?

hi I'm sorry to say this but the 3d can only face forward as a pushchair
it is parent facing only in pram mode

The bar between my 2 front wheels have come loose can i fix this?

Your 3D will unfold. Push down with your
foot on the centre of the main lock to
engage it.Ensure that the secondary locks have
engaged on both sides, if not then gently
push down to engage them.Your 3D Pushchair is now erected.
