How to repair my benq p50 (by 2 users)

my keypad sometimes always key at no 1....eventhough i'm not pressing it
and my screen sometimes jem..but i have to do calibrating..pls advise me

My touch screen dont work properly in the upper and lower sides when its in potrait mode.I did hard reset mainy time but its not a hardware problem.its seems the touch screen have problem.Can touch screen be fixed or changed?

It only happened to me when I want to save on the game Wargus (warcraft 2). I only press **** key and the one is below it and the problem desapears.
I noticed that hardware keyboard has a delay on most games (like DoomCe, Quake, TombRaider, etc). But others like Call of duty 2 works fine without delay. I tried to edit registry but I only acelerate a bit in non games aplication. Can you help me?
