GPRS setting in my Qtek 1020 PDA Phone

I have a small problem. Just this morning all my settings and data in my Qtek 1020 PDA phone got lost, including my GPRS settings. Now, I can't log into GPRS. My connection is BPL mobile. I have set the proxy server setting to "www.bplgprs.com". But when I am selecting "Connect to GPRS", the system is giving a message that no answer is available from the modem. Please help me to set up my GPRS settings properly. My name is Aniruddha Roy. I can be contacted in my no. 09324824220 / aniruddha.roy@pidilite.com

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Gprs settings

Some network provider activate your gprs setting on your phone. They send you a link and the settings to activate your gprs to their network.
Try calling your network provider regarding their gprs settings. They can activate it too just by asking your phone model.

On your handset you can also manually activate your packet data so you can surf the net.
Hope that this small info helped you..have a good day..!!

I want to activate my GPRS for my phone Nokia 2760. How? And i want to activate my mobile internet so i can explore internet through my phone. Thank you..

Before you can use GPRS technology, contact your network operator or service provider for availability of and subscription to the GPRS service. Save the GPRS settings for each of the applications used over GPRS. For 40 information on pricing, contact your network operator or service provider.
How to activate GPRS steps: Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Packet data > Packet data connection. Select Always online to set the phone to automatically register to a GPRS network when you switch the phone on. Select When needed, and the GPRS registration and connection are established when an application using GPRS needs it and closed when you end the application.
