Jet ski taking water into engine compartment

This is a 2001 kawisaki 1100. When I got it out of the water I really couldn't tell where it was leaking but it was half full after towing it in. I just bought it and it was missing some of the bumpers which I replaced.

- It seems to be when the motor is running. Its cold out now so I'll have to wait till i can stand it .A friend was on it. thanx again!

You need to find the leak, at this point you have to determine if it leaks when the motor is running or when just in the water.  Start there.
