Is it possible to port-forward this card? I want to play Red Alert 1 on Kali, but the router is a real bugger, can't see other players.

The port forwarding needs to be done in the router.
You may simply be able to enable UPNP in the router and get the console to work. So, login to your router and enable upnp and then try the game again....chances are that this will work fine.
If not, you will need to forward the correct ports to the device or put the device in the DMZ.
