firstly check to see if the format of the music you are sending is correct.
secondly make sure devices are both paired together
thirdly and most importantly make sure your blackberry device can receive the bluetooth connection. this is usually done by going to menu>media>select music> options and scroll down and select receive file via bluetooth or something to that effect.
blackberrys are not straight forward when it comes to sending files via bluetooth. hope this helps
How to pair and Send Music to a Phone Via Bluetooth
Bluetooth is a type of technology found in electronics that allows you to send and receive signals and files wirelessly. Most commonly used in cell phone headsets, many people also use Bluetooth to transfer data. There is no set protocol for all devices, so instructions for use vary from one device to another. Check out the following loose guidelines for sending music from one Bluetooth phone to another, or from a Bluetooth-enabled computer to phone.
Instructions
Verify that Bluetooth is turned on or enabled in both your devices. Most cell phones will have a Bluetooth menu in their Settings or Tools. For computers, you may see a Bluetooth icon in your system tray. If unsure, check your product manual for specific instructions.
Follow the instructions to pair (connect) your two devices. If you are asked for a passkey, try entering 0000 which is usually the default for any device.
When prompted on the other device, give permission for the original device to access it.
If transferring from phone to phone
Navigate to the song you want to send and hit the button that takes you to the options menu. Choose the option to send your song; depending on the brand of phone it may say "Send" or "Move."
The next menu should ask if you want to use a text message or Bluetooth to move or send the file. Choose Bluetooth.
When prompted on the phone receiving the file, accept it. If transferring from computer to phone
Look for an option to browse the contents of the phone. Navigate to the Music or Multimedia folder on your phone.
Navigate to the place on your computer where your music file is kept in a separate window.
Drag the file from its original location to the correct folder on your phone.
Accept the file when prompted by your phone.
Tips & Warnings
Pairing is usually the most difficult part of the process. Make sure you read your manual on both devices if it isn't working for you. If you don't see the menu to move or send your music, your phone manufacturer may not allow it. Check your manual or with your carrier's tech support website. This process usually applies to MP3s and not ringtones.

The phone may not have bluetooth capability for file transfering. You can try to go your song that you want to trasfer and click on more option to see if there is a tranfer button or icon for bluetooth. If it does not then the phone does not have the ability to do that. hope this helps.
you should select the option "receive via bluetooth". in the media menu, press the menu button (the bb symbol) then select receive via bluetooth, then send the file. you will then be able to receive files from other phones.
hope this helps. also please rate. thanks!
In order to send files to another device through bluetooth, go to 'Menu > My Stuff' and navigate to the file you want to send. Then, go to 'Options > Send via > Bluetooth'. When the file browser returns to the list, press 'Done'. You'll be offered a list of paired devices. Select the one you want to receive the file, and you should be good to go.
Hope it works for you.
Cheers!

first of all, you turn on your bluetooth. then the laptops bluetooth. you select the recieve file on the laptops bluetooths option. then you search for device on the phone then you select the photo you want to send then send via bluetooth.
you can also send via usb cable. when the laptop or computer reads the usb, select the mass storage, then you try to locate the photo you cant to send the transfer it through the cable.
What you do is find the bluetooth symbol at the top of your screen (the background) then go to SETTINGS and then to DEVICE VISIBILITY (should be the very top) hit the ON choick then OK for other bluetooth devices to recognise it. then go back to the MAIN BLUETOOTH MENU (just hit back button) and go to SEARCH NEW DEVICE (second one down) but make sure you are in the same room as your computer to have your phone connect with the computer. That should then find your computer and then REQUEST TO PAIR (just touch the name of your mac) and then ENTER THE CODE (should be four zeros if you didnt change it and do the same thing on your mac then after that just select the photo you want to send and hit SEND VIA BLUETOOTH and select your mac
same thing
