Sounds like a pump or drain hose blockage.. Check filter. Could also be the pump motor. The more resent synchronous pump motors get detritus inside them and gradually 'gunk up'. You may be able to drain the machine by lowering the drain hose and allowing gravity to help. this won't work if the drain hose is mounted high at rear of machine......Nomess

if the noise your describing is a grinding rumbling sound when you turn the drum it is likely the main drum bearing have failed. you can usually detect play in the bearing by lifting the drum and seeing what movement there is compared to door seal area .1mm is the maximum 2mm would give 6mths to 12mths 6mm failure imminent.
